Wild Flour Bakery, founded in 2016 in Spanish Harlem, by Pastry chef Gina Spinelli. What began as a wedding cake business and has since grown to become a hub for corporate and private catering. Wedding Cakes

Our wedding cakes are made with the finest ingredients and decorated to perfection, featuring elegant buttercream textures, smooth fondant finishes, and intricate details like floral accents, gold leaf, and delicate piping. Choose from a variety of flavors and fillings to create a cake that not only looks breathtaking but tastes unforgettable.

Gina made a wonderful gluten-free cake for a birthday celebration earlier this month, and was an absolute delight to communicate with. Will absolutely work with WildFlour again on a future event/project. The bakery space is adorable, and we got a behind the scenes tour - we are so proud to support this woman-owned business!
