Wild Flour Bakery was founded in 2016 by Chef and Owner Gina Spinelli, beginning in a tiny apartment in Spanish Harlem. What started as a passion for creating beautiful wedding cakes has grown into a New York bakery known for thoughtful design, refined craftsmanship, and unforgettable flavor.

At our core, we remain a wedding cake studio, creating custom cakes for couples who value artistry and intention. Over time, our work has expanded to include corporate and private catering, as well as a live café, where we serve our community daily.

Everything we make is handcrafted, made with care, and free of preservatives. Each cake, pastry, and dessert reflects our commitment to quality, creativity, and celebrating life’s most meaningful moments.
